Good job on cutting out the pop! That is a hard thing, but I almost never have it anymore... and if I do, it's diet (except on a very RARE occasion... maybe twice a year)! emoticon

Hey Welcome the Joyce Meyer team, we are certainly glad to have you. No, I am not the leader, but someone has to welcome you, so today it is me! Here are some tips that have helped me:

1. Never stop talking on the site
2. Drink the water - I drink 6 glasses between meals
3. Move your body
4. Love yourself just as you are so that you will continue to love yourself as you change.
5. Evry setback is a set up for a comeback ( Willie Jolly)
6. If you get discouraged, call on a Sparkfriend, one is always available.
7. Seven is a number of completion, so always Honor God
