Hey Stephanie! This is the first time I've used my SparkPage in a long time. I decided to start using it again and trying to connect with more people so I can hopefully stay motivated. For a long time I just kind of let things go. I have still be eating fairly healthy (I gave up all processed foods and artificial ingredients and am eating whole foods) and I feel better. I am also still doing Zumba and trying to do other workouts in between. BUT I feel like I've been slacking off and need to get back on track!

Hi! Sorry...I just got your last comment! I'm glad you had a good vacation. How have things been going since? I love the Air Force Museum...lol I don't know why. I think getting a certificate in something is a great idea! Just make sure it's something you're interested in, otherwise it will feel like a chore. How'd you like that crazy 100 degree weather we've been having? I'm so glad it's finally a bit cooler this week, although I heard next week its supposed to get like that again...
