On my way to a thinner me

My name is Stephanie. I am 5'4 and needing to lose about 20 pounds. I admit that I don't get enough exercise and tend to eat the wrong things sometimes. I always battle with food and wanting to be healthy and look good. My highest weight was 180 a couple years ago, of which I lost 30 pounds. In recent months I have gained several back though. I just need some encouragement, more willpower, more exercise and to really stick with my diet!

Hey Stephanie! This is the first time I've used my SparkPage in a long time. I decided to start using it again and trying to connect with more people so I can hopefully stay motivated. For a long time I just kind of let things go. I have still be eating fairly healthy (I gave up all processed foods and artificial ingredients and am eating whole foods) and I feel better. I am also still doing Zumba and trying to do other workouts in between. BUT I feel like I've been slacking off and need to get back on track!

I wanted to say hi and see how you've been lately. Anything new?

Hi! Sorry...I just got your last comment! I'm glad you had a good vacation. How have things been going since? I love the Air Force Museum...lol I don't know why. I think getting a certificate in something is a great idea! Just make sure it's something you're interested in, otherwise it will feel like a chore. How'd you like that crazy 100 degree weather we've been having? I'm so glad it's finally a bit cooler this week, although I heard next week its supposed to get like that again...

hey girl im good never on hee u can find me on myfitnesspal.com ive gained all my weight back and someone once i get a new treadmill it will come off which is in a few weeks just trying to eat better
