Exercising to stay sane

This year is a big year for me. In May I married the man of my dreams and in Dec I will be graduating from nursing school.

I have always enjoyed working out however took a break for a few years and my body is paying for it. I'm trying to get back to my healthy weight range. I don't want a pill gimmeck I want to do it the right an healthy way. It's a little slower but it's working!

My Goals:
-Lose 20-25lbs
-Run a 5k
-Track everything I put in my mouth
-Get at least 7 hrs of sleep a night
-Most importantly be in the healthy weight range for my height (5'2")

My Program:
I run 4+ times a week and recently started doing weights too. No gym membership so I'm trying to use dumbbells and my Womens Health articles.

Personal Information:
I was born and raised in DFW TX. I'm pretty simple and easy to please.
