My weight tends to fluctuate, but I have been using Sparkpeople since April and it really helps to motivate me and help me stay on track. I have a weight loss goal, however I am not obsessed about that number. My real goal is to get my body fat down to 25% and of course, stay healthy. I am feeling stronger and more confident all the time. I love Sparkpeople!!

My Goals:
Weekend of June 27th, 2009-climb Mt. Katadin- 11 hrs of hiking, elevation of 5267 ft , but I did it!! Reduce body fat to a healthy percentage of 25%. I have a goal weight listed but I am not hung up on that number. I just want to be healthy. Feel good in my own skin for my trip to Mexico in March 2010. Start a family in summer/fall 2010.
My Program:
I walk or run with my dogs 5 or 6 days a week for at least 30 minutes....rain, sleet and snow included. I have started the P90X program and should be finishing my first session around Christmas. In the New Year I would like to do a second session. I like to vary my activites with the seasons. So, I will do cross country skiing or snow shoeing in the winter, hiking, fishing and canoeing in the other 3 seasons.
Other Information:
Strive for progression, not perfection.
