I'm starting the SP Sweatsuit to Swimsuit Bootcamp challenge on May 3, 2009 and hope to reach 140 lbs and lose some inches by May 30. My weight/measurements on 5/3: Weight: 146 lbs Chest: 40.5" Waist: 34" Hips: 43" Lft arm: 13" Rt arm: 13" Lft thigh: 25" Rt thigh: 25.5" Results on 6/4: Weight: 144 lbs Chest: 38" Waist: 33.5" Hips: 41" Lft arm: 13" Rt arm: 13" Lft thigh: 23.5" Rt thigh: 23.5" In my 2nd week of Bootcamp had a setback due to illness so I couldn't do all the exercises. I didn't reach my goal weight but lost 2 lbs and some inches.

My Program:
Utilize SP Food Tracker and SP Fitness Tracker Daily exercise - minimum of 30 minutes of threadmill, running, free weights.
