Thanks for leaving a comment on my status page. Yes, it sounds like we are in the same boat - my weight has gone up 4lbs in the last week and a-half. I am trying to stay calm and do what I know I need to do - keep my calories below 1800, get at least 7 hours of sleep, do my meditation and exercise. I think my exercising has gotten less intense over the years - so that I am not burning as many calories as I use to - lowering my overall metabolism. It is good to see that you maintained over the Christmas vacation.
We had all 4 of our kids and their spouses. Our eight grandkids and the oldest with his wife and 3 kids for Christmas dinner. That hasn't happened for a lot of years. It is so hard to get them all together at the same time. I did have a gain though and that is not so good. It has been very stressful with my grandson and his wife having issues. I worry about the little ones the most even though I do worry about the adults too. I love them all so much and it is hard to see this after 11 years together and 7 married. It is hard to stand back and let them do what they need to do for themselves. I have started to do more exercise so hopefully that will help with the weight and the stress.
