I've lost about 70 lbs so far and have gone from being a couch potato to a marathon runner. The only thing left on my list to tackle is to reach my goal weight and proper BMI...and to live happily, healthily ever after. If I can run a marathon, I think I can do that. ;)

Thanks for your comment! I DO feel pretty good about October! It's good for me to have a printed out plan that I can see every day to help keep me on track. How was your October?

You are so right about Galloway being manageable chunks. Telling myself "only 3 more minutes!" really does help me keep going, knowing that there is a walking break in my near future! lol

Thanks for your encouragement. Jordan and I have never tried the "I run, he bikes" thing, so I'll be interested to see how it turns out. He isn't much of a runner, although he'll do the occasional 5K. It just isn't something he enjoys, but I am still trying to encourage him to work out with me. So maybe this will be our solution.
