My husband of 17 years and I were caregiving for his parents for 16 years. We are alone again now and struggling to find out who we are and what to do with out all these huge responsibilities facing us 24/7. So we are quite Stressed Out as we haven't hit upon it yet. However I have faith that we will. Losing the 20 lbs I gained this past year after 2 weddings in two years, will be a step in the right direction and getting back in shape will help tremendously for whatever we find ourselves faced with as we intend to finally have some fun in life. Now Where did we leave it......

My goals are to lose 20 lbs and get healthy . I am sick and tired of being without energy and my clothes not fitting. Once I reach that goal I may choose to set another and lose more but this is good for now.
Week one : 2.3 lbs
Week Two: 3.5 lbs
Week three: .25
Week four: 1 lbs
Week five: 3" waist, 6" hips
Week eight: Srarting back at zero
The program I am following is working within the parameters of calories and meeting that goal.
Fitness I am Walking and hope to do a little more each day up to five miles a week or more.Plus working out in the pool with a trainer 3 days a week to strengthen core and back muscles.
Working on the eight or more glasses of water and getting consecutive 8 hours of sleep at night.
Cooking healthier meals and tracking all food and minutes.
Loging on with my teams goals and being accountable to my spark Buddy.
I will blog once per week on my progress and adventures.
I also know that reading success stories helps to keep me motivated!
