    Re: smoothie......my minimum carbs is 165 (obviously not diabetic), but even starting the day off with 53 carbs, it'd be worth it to me to go easy the rest of the day & stay within the 150 if I had to. They are SOOOOO good! Have half the banana & you've saved 9 carbs right there! emoticon
    Just an aside......after being in SP 2 years & still struggling, I got emoticon & followed all the suggestions & lost my last 30#--especially with the help of the Nutrition Tracker, which I use RELIGIOUSLY! "They" say you lose more weight/get healthier faster when you track your foods, & I can certainly vouch for that!
