My Goals:
I believe buff is the standard.

My Program:
I love weight training! Can't do too much of it right now because my spine is being worked on. Have decided to work on my cardio. Biking indoors (spinning) and in the new year a treadmill but also love boxing and kickboxing. Oh and dont forget ab and stretch work.

Here’s a little tidbit you may or may not know about Prebiotics:

It’s actually considered a ‘slimming supplement’! According to the latest Canadian research – overweight adults who took a prebiotic supplement lost an average of 2 pounds over 12 weeks, compared with those on a placebo.

The recommended intake is to try to get 4 to 20 grams a day of foods such as garlic, onions, artichokes and fortified yogurt or supplements.

The health bonus is that prebiotics stimulate the growth of healthy bacteria in the gut to regulate digestion.

I have finally beat the easy mac monkey.
I'm learning that just because something doesnt have too many calories, doesnt mean its good for you :)
