Love Me Some Stevie

Well, I have almost lost 40 pounds, to be exact I've lost 39.3 pounds. I have 7.7 pounds to reach my goal weight of 135. This will my 5% goal challenge for the remainder of the summer.

Right now, I'm in the middle of my training for a 10K. I have cheerleaders amongst my family & friends. I'm so glad that they motivate me to continue my running journey. Well, I have almost lost 40 pounds, to be exact I've lost 39.3 pounds. I have 7.7 pounds to reach my goal weight of 135. This will my 5% goal challenge for the remainder of the summer.

Right now, I'm in the middle of my training for a 10K. I have cheerleaders amongst my family & friends. I'm so glad that they motivate me to continue my running journey. A few of my friends are pushing me to do a half marathon, either in September or November. The Detroit Womens' Half Marathon is in September and the Monumental Half Marathon is in November. I think I will feel more comfortable doing the one in November, but we'll see how my training goes.

I'm going to continue to be a friend to myself. I will be giving myself an hour of "Me Time" per week. I will be concentrating on something relaxing. This could be a hot bath, a massage, a facial, or whatever I want! I deserve my "Me Time"!

I'm so looking forward to meeting my Summer goals!

3. Daily Affirmations
4. Being a friend to myself once a week; one hour of "Me Time" per week
5. Getting 7-8 hours of sleep, but taking my vitamins before I go to bed



My Program:
Here's my workout agenda:

Running 3-4 days a week; long runs on Sundays

I will strength train for 4 days a week with JNL Fusion; 2 days upper body & 2 days lower

Extensive stretching after workouts from Slim in 6 or Turbo Fire

Work abs 2-3 days a week
