My Goals:
Long Term:
Achieve and maintain:
1. BMI = 20 - 25
2. Clothing Size ... Less than 18
3. Waist ... less than 35 in
4. Weight ... 150 - 155 lbs

Monthly:
Move down:
1. BMI ......... 2 points
2. Waist ....... 1/2 inch
3. Weight ...... 4 - 6 lbs

Weekly:
1. Lose at least 1 lb
2. Plan/prepare weekly meals
3. Be active for at least 10 minutes each day.

Daily:
1. Practice portion control
2. Drink at least 6-8 cups of water
3. Track nutrition and workouts.
4. Get at least 7 hours of sleep nightly

My Program:
NUTRITION:
1. Eat between 1510 and 1860 calories daily
2. Eat protein and produce with every meal
3. Eat starchy/simple carbs earlier in the day; only fibrous carbs after 5pm.
4. Eat the recommended number of servings from each food group
5. Eat at least one day of meatless meals a week

FITNESS:
Cardio ... 5/wk
1. Walking
2. Cycling
3. Swimming
4. Class @ Y - Yoga/Pilates/Tai Chi/etc.

Strength Training:
Total Body ... 2/wk

Motivation:
1. Read at least one motivational article daily
2. Reward myself for goals met

Thanks for reaching out and thanks so much for your kind comments on my blog! Yes, my heart does swell with pride. We do have issues to work through and we will get through it and my goal has ALWAYS been for them to leave the nest prepared to deal with life and all it's vagaries.

Sara--It was great to hear from you. Sorry that massage is stressing you out. I am not doing BTS because I started a new job and knew I wouldn't have time to run a team. However, I am on the Blue Lion Trackers for BLC. We are having open trackers on that team and I am hoping to get back on track.
