These are MY GOALS! -To Love Myself the way others love me! -To make healthy food choices -To return to a healthy weight and maintain it -To have fun on this journey and make it a pleasure not a task. -To meet and appreciate new friends and all they have to share on our common journey to health and happiness!
-At the moment I am taking baby steps as I ease back into a wonderful lifestyle change. -I am planning meals more often opposed to flying by the seat of my pants...and what a seat it is...lol -I am walking 45-60 minutes 5-6 days a week and intend to incorporate strength training back into my healthy life. -I am joining a couple of challenge boards and communication on the community message boards. -I am trying to earn as many sparks points as I can by accomplishing the suggested tasks pretty well daily. -I am making new friends and sharing their journey whilst they partake in mine. It is ALL GOOD!
The Serenity Prayer has found a place in my life for a very long time. I am not a religious person but I am a believer and I do find that sometimes....it is just what I needed.
I love interacting with others, supporting friends and family through the good times as well as the bad. I love to browse cookbooks.....way more than on-line as a hobby but am grateful the internet and sp are available at the click of a button! I love travel, occasional reading, photography, as so much more. Most of all.....I am grateful for my family no matter what our quirks may be.
