Hoping for the best in 2013!
2013: 1. Get down to 170lbs from my current weight of 223 by 2014. *Even though I'm a healthy individual, this weight loss is for my overall health, to get pregnant & have a healthy pregnancy, & to feel confident in myself 2. Complete a 5k in less than 40min. *I started jogging in 2012 & not only jogged my first mile EVER, I also completed two 5ks. This was a huge accomplishment & made me feel great abt. myself. I'd eventually like to run ...
