    I would like to invite you to join me on the Biggest Loser Winter Challenge.

    BL Challenge is a 10 week challenge, run 4 times a year (spring, summer, fall and winter), made up of 10 teams with 24 active members on each. We compete in weekly nutrition and fitness challenges. Within each individual team you'll soon find your amazing teammates are there to support you, offer friendship, challenge you and keep you accountable just when you need it most!

    I'm Susan and I'm on the Coffee, Tea and Me team with you. Your comment about how you like your coffee made me smile as my grandmother (who passed away a few years ago at age 99!) said strong coffee made her live longer. She would be so ashamed of my coffee....I take it half hot water and half coffee. emoticon
