I'm back, sadly because that means I've put on some weight. I tried to put on my favorite pair of dress pants the other day and they wouldn't button. 10 pounds for sure but more would we good....

"And ya know, some days we can look in the mirror in the morning and think "wow! I am awesome today" and come back that evening and think that we are fat, ugly, etc" Nothing PHYSICAL changed about us. It is MENTAL"
