I'm getting married and I want to look incredible in my wedding dress!! June 2014 here I come!

Hi everyone, my name is Stephanie. I lost 50lbs and was able to keep it off for a year, but it's been slowly creeping back :( I'm getting married this June and I really want to look my best. So from today on I'm going to make a concious effort to work towards getting rid of the last 20lbs.

My Goals:
- work out 4 times a week

- lose last 20lbs

- flat tummy

- look GREAT at my wedding!!

My Program:
I started my weightloss journey 3 years ago. So far I've lost 50lbs. Sometimes I get lazy and don't work out or eat really unhealthy, but I'm learning to be more consistant.

My program consists of random workout videos, walking, and being mindful of what I eat.

Personal Information:
I live in WA and I'm a 4th grade teacher. I like to browse pinterest wedding boards, watch trashy TV, read, and crochet in my spare time.

    Thank you for your very kind comment on your blog! I am so happy that I have helped motivate you! It is definitely possible to lose 20 pounds before your wedding! Honestly it hasn't even been that tough for me. Let me know if I can help in any way!

    My top three tips are:

    1. Drink lots of water and cut out other beverages (except tea/coffee w/o sugar).
    2. Track everything religiously and stay in caloric cheat days!
    3. Get in at least 30 minutes of cardio a day, and about 10 minutes of strength training every few days.

    Your comment on my blog made my day when I read it! I feel so grateful to be an inspiration to someone when I so often look to others for my inspiration. Thank you! The 10 minutes of exercise a day was actually pretty easy to stick to. If I didn't feel like going to the gym, I just found a 10 minute workout online. Way to workout for 50 minutes! I have yet to do that this year! How did your grocery trip go? emoticon

    That is awesome!! I have to admit, I really like them (I also modify some of the moves - I'm not that good lol), and one workout is definitely enough :) I'm still keeping my fingers crossed for you that you get the Force for Valentine's Day - that would probably help make you feel a lot better about how many calories you're burning. emoticon
