My top three tips are:
1. Drink lots of water and cut out other beverages (except tea/coffee w/o sugar). 2. Track everything religiously and stay in caloric limits...no cheat days! 3. Get in at least 30 minutes of cardio a day, and about 10 minutes of strength training every few days.

The 10 minutes of exercise a day was actually pretty easy to stick to. If I didn't feel like going to the gym, I just found a 10 minute workout online. Way to workout for 50 minutes!
