Welcome to Stringbing's SparkPage!
This is truly a life changing experience. With the support groups, great chats and follow-ups... one can't go wrong when trying to stay on target. I'm still working on loosing weight and finally have started to see a breakthrough. (It's called getting off my comfortable sitting position and working out along with leaving off the sugars and "white things")
I read a blog by one of our members that said she was no longer going to buy clothes from a store that sold large clothing. ...

I read a blog by one of our members that said she was no longer going to buy clothes from a store that sold large clothing. Well, many responded to her blog including myself with "DITTO!" written as my response. But like others I've been so glad that there are stores that supplied my needs when in need. The daily message boards and teams have great "Sparks Messages" at times when I need them the most. I'm so glad that I can tune in and check them out as often as I choose.
I have about 3 months to reach my weight goal...

My Goals:
I'm up to 165 pounds and want to restart my weight loss program... I hope to start out by losing 20 pounds with 1200 calories a day.

Plan to limit may salts and sugars, exercise and keep a daily journal on my progress.

My name is Maritom Sinquefield Hardy. I live in Laurens, SC with my husband of over 38 years. We have two married children and three grandchildren who we enjoy greatly. I enjoy spending time with our children, drawing/painting and working in the yard.
Other Information:
I enjoy light reading, watching "The Biggest Looser" on TV and trying to stay fit. I use Dave Ramsey as my guide to finances and the Holy Bible to stay on course.
