At the time of surgery, I was 152. When I get back to 152, that will be the new starting point, correcting what I had wanted to correct then! Five months after starting on thyroid medication, I had evidence of responding normally to diet and exercise. So, now that I'm responding normally, it's time to get to work!

Some new spark goodies would be great.
Yes, I'm still running and baking. Baked a two layer gluten free pineapple upside down cake yesterday for a my husband's birthday.
I always weigh my flour to account for the humidity...it's actually kind of humid here now but not nearly as bad as Florida.
Cookie crumbs are good...any cookie is good :-)

Here's an example: The feed settings for many folks show that it is "private". No matter what we all do, we cannot change that. I gave up a long time ago, and use the site for what I need from it, mostly tracking.
