Hi there! I'm a 48 year old married, working mom of teenagers, living in the midwest. I've had a really difficult year with motivation and I'm not sure why. I've lost my mo-jo and didn't know where to find it until I found SparkPeople! I've finally begun to pay a little more attention to myself and have felt more inspired from the wealth of information onthis site. Last year I was running every day rain, snow and sun; participated in various fun runs; went to the gym or CrossFit 5-6 days a week; did my first few triathlons; and this year.... I've completely fallen off the wagon, bumped my head and have been rolling around on the ground too lazy to get up. But with the help of SparkPeople and it's participants, I'm planning on picking up where I left off - stronger, healthier, and with a better mental/spiritual balance. It feels good to find a place where we can all be in this challenge together!

My Goals:
Please, please, please, let me get up at 4:30 a.m. to work out at 5 - 6 a.m.

To be firmer, leaner, grow some muscle.

Stop complaining. No one wants to hear it.

My Program:
Setting my alarm to get up earlier. (Tho I hit snooze...so it's not working.)

Joined a pilates class once a week. Love it. Do 10 situps/pushups/squats every day.

Think before I speak.

Hope all is going well so far for you here on sparkpeople. I read about where you were at last year vs this year fitness wise and I really believe you can get yourself back to where you want to be. Sounds like you were doing a heck of a lot and just needed a good break! Best of luck to you !
