There's always something that can get in the way. No matter what the goal, it is easily forgotten for that few minutes. You'd think that after 60 plus years I'd be able to control the "I'll do (eat) what I want" response. There's no time like the present- right? Right! - I've met my 20 pound goal, and am working on the next 10 pounds to get to my normal weight!!! Nope. I've gained it all back! Starting from scratch again, this time eith increased blood pressure to eo2rk on too. I've been using the trackers pretty regular now, and it does keep me focused on what I'm consuming. I made a few groupings in the exercise tracker and that helps a lot. Now I just need to make exercise a habit everyday.

My Goals:
July 16/2013
Continue with Low Carb-it's working!
Follow exercise schedule, being sure to get at least 10 minutes per day.
Using my Total Gym 4 to 5 days every week - so far so good.

My Program:
Follow my good eating plans- keep sticking to what's working. Which is High protein, low carb and not too much of any one food. Bring food with me to work, and frig well stocked.
Get some exercise every change I get and using my Total Gym up to 5 times every week.

Personal Information:
I'm over 50, okay, I'm 54 years old. (Actually I'll be 58 in a month 3/12/14!) I'm just over 5 feet tall and have gained 30 pounds in the past 15 years. I only want to lose 20 of it, which would have me at a comfortable weight. I work night shift and sleep days usually, so my sleeping and eating are a bit different from the average person.

Other Information:
My music likes are from the 60's and 70's mostly southern blues and I go to concerts as often as I can.
Going to Moody Blues concert at a beautiful old theater in San Antonio on my birthday - March 12, 2013 - can't wait.
