LISTEN

How often do we really listen to our inner voice. We say to ourselves that loosing weight sounds simple and that I can do it without thought. But I had to build skills that I had not used in years. I had to listen to MY INNER Voice and recognize when I feel uncomfortable, when someone is abusing me, when I needed to change the current situation. Identify the emotion, anger, pain, sadness, lonely; then what were they really saying to me.

I had to listen to MY INNER Voice and recognize when I feel uncomfortable, when someone is abusing me, when I needed to change the current situation. Identify the emotion, anger, pain, sadness, lonely; then what were they really saying to me.

Then I had to act on it.
Decide on what needed to be done. Create a plan, act on it, revise it then complete it. Not by eating food, not by trying to be invisible, not by not taking care of my day to day. I had to liberate my inner voice and say I love you and that you count. By acting on taking care of myself , I was showing ME that I LOVE ME.
