He is the trainer on extream weight loss make over. t v program he lives near me and has a good local reputation. It's a 5 meal a day program which encourages specific exercises to reshape your body, you build your integrity by keeping promises to yourself. It's working for me( the calories cycle between 1200 and 1500) I haven't started their exercises yet as I haven't finished the book so just doing about a half hr a day of my own..biking, swimming walking a variety. I started with just the info I read on their web site...dropped about 12 pounds so far. Oh did I mention I had Gained 14 pounds on our extended 4 month vacation? Ahem! Well at least I am finally on my way back down. My goal is to be out of the Obese BMI by Valentines Day...then I will just be OVERWEIGHT! Will reset goal at that time. Good luck on your journey.
