Grandma with 10 grandkids that are growing too quickly. Still working full time, I am worried about health care costs if I retire. I love the outdoors, horses, all animals. I love to garden although my yard needs attention. I want to begin excercising, I never really had to before because of my lifestyle. Now, the job is pretty much sit down.

My Goals:
I want to lift my saddle easily, lose another 16.5 lbs, firm up my stomach area.


My Program:
Tracking food eaten, walking 5 days a week (no limit set yet), investgating a gym for weight lifting w/ a personal trainer.

Personal Information:
I am originally an Army kid, I currently live in Michigan. I am happily married for 22 years. I have a horse, dog, cat and fish. I feed the birds. In the summer I watch as many softball games as I can. In the winter it is soccer, volleyball and basketball. I intend to learn the piano, at least a bit.

I attended my first session of jazzercise tonight and I had no idea how demanding it is. I got through and will attend at least 2 more before I dec7de to invest in a membership or not. But what a fun way to burn calories!
