Although most of us had thanksgiving to contend with, feel proud that you kept up your exercise and you are in the top five for team fitness minutes this week. What i learned this week: D.I.E.T = DID I EAT THAT????
If you eat something and no one sees you eat it, it has no calories!!!
It has been SO great not to fiddle with the wire to my iPhone for music! I can adjust the volumn very easily and even answer my phone if need be. I use them sometimes at home when I wash dishes to listen to my favorite radio podcasts.
And I highly recommend the wool socks. They do not feel like I thought they would, thick and scratchy. They are thin, they are called Smart Wool. The guy at the store told me they regulate the temperature so if I'm running in the heat, they will keep me cool and warm in the cold. I felt the air coming through the vents in my running shoes but it didn't chill my feel like it normally does. I highly recommend them.
Have a great week. Thanks as always for your support!
I hope you are feeling good about being in the top five for team fitness minutes this week. As we approach Thanksgiving (in the US) this week, let's remember what Charles Spurgeon said, "I think that is a better thing than thanksgiving: thanks-living. How is this to be done? By a general cheerfulness of manner, by an obedience to the command of Him by whose mercy we live, by a perpetual, constant delighting of ourselves in the Lord, and by a submission of our desires to His will. " Give thanks with a grateful heart this Thanksgiving.
