My Goals:

Using the DASH diet plan

Very plant based
No salt
No soda pop
So sugar
Minimal meat
Lots of fruits and veggies
Using lots of herbs and spices
Minimal processed foods

Personal Information:
Wife,mother,sister,aunt grandmother , friend all rolled up in one very happy person.

Other Information:
I'm a retired pediatric home health nurse.
I volunteer at the animal shelter 1 day a week, hubby and I volunteer at the local food bank once a wk. I belong to LOVE Gospel church and do mini mission trips to Mexico.
My husband is my best friend.
We live in Arizona because I hate rain and cold!

hahaha! Yeah Poutine is definitely oil/fat city and to have slowly. I love the stuff but only once in a blue moon. It would be hard for someone who isn't used to eating all that fat in one sitting. It would be like you said, a stone in your gut. I still cannot get over all that candy, that blew my mind! Glad you finally got a stir-fry that you made up, hope it was loaded with fresh veggies.

Sherry; I haven't logged in here in SO LONG! I was thinking about you on the way home from work today. Hope you're doing well! A year ago I got 2 dogs. They have been keeping me so busy and active... walking at the park 2 miles every single day.
