My goal at the moment is to develop a regular fitness plan and STICK with it. I also want to reach my goal of drinking 8 cups of water a day. I am a massive Pepsi-holic and never drink water so this will be a major change for me!
Regular exercise, monitor food portions and drink WATER. Not skipping meals will be a challenge but eating regular meals and not skipping is something else I will be adding to my program.

In CCSS, we always have a challenge going on. We have two a month- one starting on the 1st, the other the 15th. Be sure to drop by and check it out! Often there are Sparkgoodie prizes for the winners!
For our bible readings & discussions, we are working our way through the Old Testament. The discussion is always OPEN, though....if you have a topic, throw it out there! (I can use all the help I can get coming up with two to three original questions every single day, ha-ha)
