    I just got back from my walk... I'm sweating and smiling. I did try to do a few crunches and single leg bridges when I got back and tweaked a lower abdominal muscle barely into my first single leg bridge... lol... and said forget this... FOR NOW!!! LOL! I so want to strength train. I was just going to do a few crunches, the leg bridges, and some triceps dips... but nope. For now, I am happy to do just a walk! It's enough change and triggering enough, I honestly don't think I need any more added stress on my body. As you mentioned... that hidden and not so hidden inflammation. Working on tweaking my food choices too.

    Don't know how you feel about artificial stuff, but I sometimes indulge in a caffeine Crystal Light (makes in the single serving sizes), but I'm trying to cut that out too.
