so im an occupational therapist who fell outa track, after i graduated ,,i started binging,,and ended up gaining around 20 kilos, recently had a knee injury and wasnt allowed to move for around 2 months,,,when i had that knee injury i realized that i need to work on losing what i've gained in order to keep healthy and preventing other problems to my knee...i've already lost 11 kilos then my body stopped because im not working out due to my knee issue,,so im working my way on becoming a ...
so im an occupational therapist who fell outa track, after i graduated ,,i started binging,,and ended up gaining around 20 kilos, recently had a knee injury and wasnt allowed to move for around 2 months,,,when i had that knee injury i realized that i need to work on losing what i've gained in order to keep healthy and preventing other problems to my knee...i've already lost 11 kilos then my body stopped because im not working out due to my knee issue,,so im working my way on becoming a healthier person,,and being fit and losing the remaining 10 kilos and finding workouts that would suit my knee issue other than swimming
