I joined SparkPeople to help me take a closer look at what I'm feeding myself and my family. While I don't plan to completely give up all the foods I love, I want to use this site to help me find a healthy balance of nutrition and fitness that I can stick to without over indulging or completely depriving myself of the foods I love. There was a time in my life when I loved the way I looked and felt about myself. That all changed many years ago but I did nothing about it. The time has come to re-invent myself. I want to be that happy, healthy, sexy & inteligent woman I once was. I want to be a wife and mother my family and friends can be proud of even though I know they all love me regardless of how I look.

Thanks for accepting my friend request. Just some help tips for when things get busy to get in exercise: Take the stairs if you can, park further away and walk to places. Try to squeeze in a 5 min walk or 10 min walk in the ofc or around the ofc building area when ever you can. Check out the exercise videos in here for exercises you can do at your desk and around the office. Remember that you can count yard work under gardening in here. And you can count house work under cleaning in here. If you have a dog or dogs, it's a great way to get some exercise in walking them. All my best to you always. emoticon emoticon
