A journey to love the temple I live in

I am a busy mom of three...two little girls and one son in the Navy. I have always been challenged by my weight...luckily I would get to my target weight before becoming prego again. But now my baby is four and I have run out of excuses. I love fitness and being active but the extra weight just might keep me from climbing mountains...my knees will give out before my will does :)
