Hi, I'm Cheryl. I am a mother of 1 beautiful little girl that keeps me runnin'. I am working to make a change in my life to be at a healthy weight and to take better care of myself not only for myself but for my family. Me and my boyfriend are emotional eaters and he is not ready to make that change in his life to be healthy! So I am tempted daily by his fast food and other unhealthy foods he brings in the home. Walking 30-60 minutes at least 4 days a week Eat out @ least once a week on Saturdays Drink 10 or more glasses of water daily Eat @ least 3-4 servings of fruit/vegetables a day Get in enough protein/fiber daily
Personal Information:
I am a new mom working to get back to a healthy weight for my height. I currently weigh 195 pounds and am working to lose 70 pounds to get to my target weight of 130 pounds.
Other Information:
I love to read, sing, travel and spend time with my family.
