My Goals:
My goal is to lose as much fat a possible to reveal the muscles underneath!!! :0) LOL! Seriously though I want to lose a bunch of fat...
Eat NO more then 1400 calories a day, and be sure to track my calories.

My Program:
I have changed my nutrition by eating small meals 5 times a day and keeping track of them in the nutrition tracker. I also go to the gym 4 to 5 days a week and do both cardio and weights.
