Hello! So glad the If/Then game is working for you! I am using it, too, and it's working for me. I'm using it to help tame some demons (eating out of boredom, e.g.) and for staying true to my goals of getting healthier (not only to lose weight).

Hello! Have had internet trouble the past two days. I'm finally able to sneak online to leave a short message before sneaking off to bed with a good book! I hope you're having a great week. My If/Then for the day was - again - to do with overcoming temptation to stray from my healthy choices. If I a tempted to eat off-plan, then I will remind myself why not to - and overcome the moment of weakness. So far, it's worked! I'm on plan and showing signs of (or at least feeling) improvement. One more day of work and then the weekend - and that's the real test! I hope your week is going well! Hugs!

Hello my friend! Just stopping by to wish you a happy weekend! Thanks for the weather report! Rain or shine, I'm going to soak in the atmosphere this weekend, so rarely do I get to visit my old town these days. Really looking forward to a weekend away!

How have you been? How frequent are your WW meetings? Let me know how I can help you! I know you can do this!!

I've been doing just weights and core work (absolutely NO jumping or traditional cardio) for the past week and - surprise! - I feel awesome. Stronger. More fit. Inspired to keep at it. I hope this feeling lasts! And I hope you find (or take, or MAKE) that something for you that makes you feel awesome!

Big hugs to you! I will touch bases again on Monday! Have a fantastic weekend. Do something wonderful for yourself - you absolutely deserve it!
