Perseverance

I've been dieting since I was 12. I have tried every diet from Atkins to the Zone, lost and regained hundreds of kilos. I had my only child at the grand old age of 45 and I'm fed up with people asking me whether I'm his mother or grandmother. I have various health issues but I want to be around to see grandchildren so I have to get my weight under control, and keep it off this time!

I saved the info about the cake. I think the dilemma of what to eat is actually a huge part of my problem. I don't like planning ahead what I will eat as I am never in the mood to decide what to eat until it's the last minute. If I plan ahead then Monday arrives and I really, really, really don't want chicken. LOL. I need to work on it though.
