Perseverance

I've been dieting since I was 12. I have tried every diet from Atkins to the Zone, lost and regained hundreds of kilos. I had my only child at the grand old age of 45 and I'm fed up with people asking me whether I'm his mother or grandmother. I have various health issues but I want to be around to see grandchildren so I have to get my weight under control, and keep it off this time!

I have a tendency to eat early as my karate is done in the evenings and you can't exercise like that on a full tummy! It also leaves the evenings free to do other things instead of having to work everything around a main meal

Hi Sunny, great to hear from you. I would love to do it but I am
going through some health issues and have had CT scans in
5 days and have to have a follow up ultrasound on Tuesday.
I have started University and studying for my BA (History) and
I work as well. I would love to be co-leader with you but not right
now. What would I have to do as team leader by the way?

At the end of the year I will retire so will be able to get more
active on Spark. I am just quickly Sparking to get points and then
concentrating on my studies. I have a great respect for anyone
who studies and works now. I hope you are keeping your head
above water with the crisis that Greece is experiencing. emoticon
