Maintaining my goal weight isn't about hitting the bullseye everyday but it is about trying with every shot and some times taking a step back to sharpen the darts.

Personal Information:
I live within walking distance of the beach and love to go down and watch the waves come onto the shore. Or watch the sunset over the water. My other favorite thing to do is travel and see other beautiful places.

Exercise: Walk 30-60 minutes S,M,T,T,F
Strength Train M,Th
Core Strength T,F

Food Plan: Follow SP low cholesterol diet
FOODS I avoid
NO Full Fat Dairy
NO high fructose corn syrup.
NO Red meat or Fried Food

Motivation: reduce waist by 2 inches

Triggers: Pasta, Indian Food, Brownies, Getting too hungry, Feeling anxious

Ah, thanks for the comment on my blog - it's so helpful to get support from other SP! I love that there's other people out there who need to be on top of this journey...every...single...day! And it's good to know there's other people in my generation living life to the very fullest!

I have tried speaking on Bonnie's face page but I don't think it went very well LOL I am on my cell phone so I do not know if you have that phone number but I think you do it's okay if you use it to call me because you are the only one I would have given it to I believe on this team, but maybe we are all able to communicate as team leaders for private information, I do not know.

Thanks, the ear is just tender today, well it is actually all around the ear, but it does not hurt as it did yesterday.

Fingers crossed that it will all go away. If I am not better by Monday, I will call the Dr.

I think I might be ok without him! Fingers crossed
