    Thanks for the bloglove. I really AM one lucky duck to live where I can just walk outdoors in almost any direction. I have been diligent about appreciating the gift of my world this autumn - really trying to lift my head above any petty concerns to appreciate the glory that is outdoors.

    Thanks for the bloglove honey.

    I am targeting different muscles with each workout so I in theory it's okay to do strength training 5 days in a row. The schedule is: Upper body, Core, Lower body, Upper body, Lower body

    I guess what prompted the question was wondering when it's iffy, when you should be able to work out, according to schedule, and you don't really feel bad ... what are the little signs that tell you to watch it.

    Fortunately, I have enough time to think about it nowadays. wheeeeee!
