I live within walking distance of the beach and love to go down and watch the waves come onto the shore. Or watch the sunset over the water. My other favorite thing to do is travel and see other beautiful places.
There is no perfect time to lose weight; you'll always have to deal with stress and work and LIFE, and there's no better way to get started than to jump right in today.
Good luck Sunny. I've dropped from 166 to 145 and SparkPeople has been a great motivator for me. I live in Wisconsin and today is a cold one so it is hard to get outside for the exercise. Maybe I should put your profile picture of the waves in front of me and ignore the snow at my feet.
