Happy Wednesday! I hope you've been having a great week so far. I just wanted to wish you a very healthy Thanksgiving and to remind you to stay strong in the face of all temptation there is bound to be. Focus on your loved ones and everything you have to be thankful for, and not just the food. If you over indulge, just get back on track on Friday! Remember, its only a holiDAY, and not a holiWEEK. There are 34 days until New Years Day, so we still have plenty of time to make progress!
