I have been on this lifestyle change/journey now for 17 days! I may have the flu, but I am still encouraged, still exercising, and still maintaining a positive attitude! I have lost four pounds in the first week, but missed my second weigh in because of getting sick. I am NOT DISCOURAGED, but I am FEELING GREAT! I have a totally new outlook on life, and I am LIVING IT! emoticon

I had a light bulb moment on February 1, 2013. Since then I am pushing myself to reach for small attainable goals! I am feeling so happy in these first five days!
My adult daughter found sparkpeople and turned me on to it! I am finding my way around! emoticon
