Becoming A Better Me

I'm quite health concious and decided I didn't want a doctor to dictate to me what I could and couldn't eat, so I've eliminated certain foods from my diet, such as pork and beef. Didn't eat much of it anyway so it wasn't a hard task for me. Want to stay healthy and live a healthy life style
