Funshine Trainer (with a bit of work to do myself)

I have always been athletic, with varying weights depending on the sport I was choosing. The last two years I've been running marathons, but my body has gotten used to it, and I have eaten more than I burned. I want to get down to the weight I was at when I pursued gymnastics.

I am going to document this journey well, because I am a personal trainer and have a lot of knowledge, but I'm also a young girl who is just as frustrated as the general public at the process of losing, ...

For example, I am such a pear, with six pack abs but cellulite ridden large thighs... Just because I know what I should be doing, doesn't mean I've always done it... and I want to change that.

My Goals:
* Drop 25 pounds.

*Drop down to 13% body fat.

My Program:
*I will do two hours of cardio everyday, ranging from group fitness classes, running, , spinning, cardio kickboxing, etc.

*I will do about twenty minutes of stretching and yoga each day.

*I do about thirty minutes of strength training 4x a week (back/bi, chest/tri/shoulders, and two days of legs).

Personal Information:
I love most sports and am a certfied personal trainer, group fitness instructor and spinning instructor.

Other Information:

I wanted to say Hello and check up and see how you're doing:-) I hope you are having a great week??? I've had a MUCH better week, so far, than last week.
