My eating plan effective 12/31/16 for the NEW year.. New year, New food in 2017
** the MAIN thing to remember: is to keep Veg./Salads as the MAIN food on my plate at ALL meals..
***** THIS IS MY EATING PLAN effective 12/31/16 for the NEW YEAR 2017 :-) New Year, NEW Food!
* Eat SMALL meals every 2.5 to 3 hours and drink LOTS of water.
* Breakfast = 2 oz. of Protein + 8 oz. of vegetables
* Snack = 3 oz. of Protein + 8 oz. of vegetables
* Lunch = 2 oz. of Protein + 8 oz. of vegetables
* Snack = 3 oz. of Protein + 8 oz. of vegetables
* Dinner = 3 oz. of Protein + 8 - 16 oz. of vegetables
* Snack = 2 oz. of Protein + 8 oz. of vegetables
* Bedtime Snack: 4 oz. of ice cream and an ice cream cone EVERY night.. that's me :-)
* I use colorful Food Containers to help me with Portion Control and to ensure I eat from ALL of the food groups. it is called "Eat & Fit" for $9.60 at I brought several boxes lol

    Woohoo, my 7 PIECE PORTION CONTROL CONTAINER SET is in!!! I will learn how to use it in the weekend, so that I'm well prepared during the next working week. I'm still so sleepy from about 2 weeks with very very short nights, about 4 to 5 hours a night, due to the statistics exam I was studying for. I really need my sleep. Normally I sleep 8 to 9 hours!
