I started this journey to lose weight for my sister's wedding. That was a year and a half ago. At the time of her wedding I was down about 30 pounds...and felt pretty darn good.

Well, since then completing my BSN (nursing school) kicked me clean off the wagon and I regained just about every pound I had lost. While it is frustrating to think that I have to "start over" I want to ...

While it is frustrating to think that I have to "start over" I want to to be a good example for my patients and be the person on the outside that I feel exists under these layers!!

3) I will look for an answer to every problem.

4) I will give up trying and simply do.

5) I will make it okay to be wrong and make mistakes.

6) I will create my own good luck.

7) I will not be afraid to lose before I win.

9) I will be who I am and become what I was meant to be.

10) I will accept that all things are possible.

Personal Information:
Finished nursing school Dec 17th...hardest and best thing I ever did. I am waiting to take my license test (need authorization). I hope to work in the ER or ICU once I pass "the" test.

I am working with a girlfriend at work (hospital in downtown Phx) who currently follows the paleo lifestyle. I've recently moved and am cleaning out my pantry/fridge and freezer to make room for healthier options. (translation I'm to broke to throw out food!!)






Other Information:
I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me. Phillippians 4:13
