Let's go Spark People!

A couple of Mantras that I use a lot to keep me going is:

"Nothing tastes as good as being thin feels!" and
"Every little healthy step you take makes a BIG difference."

Another one that I have had to adopt is: "Starting over on program is not bad, but absolutely the best thing that I can do for myself." I have been kidding myself for the last month or so and have taken the first step to get back where I should me and move on from there. Thank you Spark People ...

At present my Dr. has me following Dr. Agatstan's Southbeach Diet lifestyle. Due to me having a light stroke about 4 years ago. I also like to use Leslie Sansone's Walk Away the Pounds videos and dvd's, I have a gazzelle, cardioglyder and exercise bike.

My name is Sharon and I am from Palmetto, GA
I am retired, but doing volunteer 3 hours a day teaching at our Christian School associated with our church. I work with a hearing impaired girl and do reading comprehension with 3 boys.

You can't lose weight by talking about it. You have to keep your mouth shut.
Thanksgiving is approaching. If you want to stay in the top five for team fitness minutes, you may have to keep your mouth shut and your body moving! emoticon
My advice is to count your calories as well as your blessings!
