Let's go Spark People!

A couple of Mantras that I use a lot to keep me going is:

"Nothing tastes as good as being thin feels!" and
"Every little healthy step you take makes a BIG difference."

Another one that I have had to adopt is: "Starting over on program is not bad, but absolutely the best thing that I can do for myself." I have been kidding myself for the last month or so and have taken the first step to get back where I should me and move on from there. Thank you Spark People ...

WOOHOO!!! You are in the top five for team fitness minutes this week.
Take a leap of faith and begin this wondrous new year by believing. Believe in yourself. And believe that there is a loving Source (God) - a Sower of Dreams - just waiting to be asked to help you make your dreams come true.
Sarah Ban Breathnach

I believe in YOU. You are starting the year off strong. Stay true to your goals!

Many men and women in the world demonstrate great willpower and self-discipline in overcoming bad habits and the weaknesses of the flesh.
Ezra Taft Benson

I admire your determination. Realizing that the holidays are upon us, you are in the top five for team fitness minutes this week. emoticon
NOw - do not let all of that exercise sabotage your eating habits. A friend once told me to be conscious of my decisions about eating the sweets of the season. She said make sure I only tasted the ones which were only available this time of year emoticon emoticon - not all year long. And believe me there are plenty that fit that list.
Keep up the hard work - it will be worth it!!!!
