I have been feeling discouraged lately - feeling like I am never going to succeed in reaching my goals. Then I read this:

I know you were in the top five for team fitness minutes this week. But I also know we each take it one day at a time and one step at a time. Do not let discouragement defeat you ever! You are overcoming obstacles every time you work out!!!! I am so proud of you!!
