Back On Track

Keep on swimmin, swimmin, swimmin!

Gearing up for my first triathlon (sprint), and hopefully it will become addictive... Trying to get back on track after an excellent 40 pound weight loss, followed by a 40 pound weight gain.

What I have changed from the last time I did Spark was discovering the fruit/vegetable click-icon on my food tracker, and it's ridiculous how motivated I am by making the greyed-out fruits "pop".

Hey -

You posted on the intermittent fasting thread - Fast 5 is a plan that says, "eat what you want, but only in a 5 hour time period." This type of eating might help you get the weight loss you need a bit better, while maintaining your caloric intake.
