I have an initial goal of losing 21 pounds (and as of this writing, I'm 17 pounds away from that goal). There's an intermediate goal after that of losing another 15 goals. My final weight loss goal will be 15 pounds after that.
When I lose the 21 + 15 pounds to meet my intermediate goal, I'll be back down to my lowest adult weight. 15 pounds after that will put me squarely in a healthy BMI. Anywhere in that range will leave me better off. I'm training for my third sprint triathlon, so my weight loss will also help me move far more efficiently...so many reasons to do it! I'm pretty excited to be back on it.
So far, it's this, the gym, the unwavering support of my family and friends, and my ambition.
