I am two years into my weight loss journey, and my focus is on creating a lifestyle that I can maintain and enjoy for the rest of my life. I'm developing habits that will benefit me in maintenance as well as they benefit me in the weight loss stage. My goal is to lose 100 pounds and I'm almost there! My program is about moderation and healthy habits.

My Goals:

Reward System:

$1 for walking 10K a day
$1 for each workout completed
10 minutes of time to read for each healthy meal

My Program:
I have a Fitbit, which allows me to track my food, fitness, and sleep, and I'm religious about tracking my food. I eat at least 25 g of fiber per day and at least 60 g of protein and stay within healthy ranges for all my macronutrients. I eat at least 5 servings of fruits/veggies per day and at least 8 glasses of water. I eat according to a calorie deficit in order to lose weight, which works better for me than a fixed calorie range. My fitness plan includes 10K a day, cardio, strength training, yoga, & Pilates.

Personal Information:
I'm from Wisconsin. I am a Buddhist. I have a 5-year-old son that is the centre of my world and a Pomeranian that is energetic with a big appetite, but always willing to please! I love tea, knitting, Brandon Flowers & The Killers, reading, writing, cross-stitching, & I'm starting a garden with my son this summer.
