Thanks for your comment on my comment. I am constantly reminding myself that this is a long term change in my lifestyle. I am "changing my mind" about everything -- instead of asking my husband or teenager to get this or that, I get it myself. I am trying to lean into the "MOVE MORE / EAT LESS" mentality.
I really love your description of your plan on your sparkpage -- you are thinking of everything! I need to do a much better job of getting enough sleep every night.
I understand the dilemna regarding healthy fats. For me, I am just working to stay on the E2 plan, which includes a few fats. I am signed up for the E2 Immersion weekend in the Summer in Chicago and really looking forward to that!
